Refund & Exchange Policy
At Amber Imran, we strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for products received in a damaged or defective condition.
To request an exchange:
* The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
* Clear images of the damaged or defective item must be shared with our customer support team.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note:
* We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the design, size issues, color preference, or personal expectations.
* Sale items and promotional purchases are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if a damaged or defective product is received and the item is deemed unavailable for replacement.
To qualify for a refund:
* The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
* Supporting photographs of the damaged item must be provided.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.
Refunds will not be issued for:
* Change of mind.
* Dislike of the product after purchase.
* Slight variations in color due to screen resolution or photography lighting.
* Delays caused by courier services.
* Incorrect size selection by the customer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Product & Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
* Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
* Minor variations in embellishments, embroidery placement, or fabric texture may occur and shall not be considered defects.
